Josh Miller

Josh has been chasing cameras, cables, and microphones since he was 19, working everywhere from live events and corporate gigs to churches and global productions.

A musician at heart (guitar, drums, vocals — pick your poison), he turned freelancing into a full-blown production business that’s kept him busy for nearly a decade.

When he’s not traveling for work, Josh is at home in Dallas with his wife, two kids, and a running list of dad jokes he’ll never stop testing on his co-host. Bald by choice (or biology, depending who you ask), he wears it well — and has the self-deprecating humor to match.

Pamela Thomas

Pamela graduated with a finance degree just in time for the 2008 financial crisis, proving her knack for impeccable timing. After a detour through corporate finance, healthcare, and a decade as a business analyst, she escaped the American healthcare system with her sanity (mostly) intact.

These days she toggles between data consulting, podcasting, and reminding people she once survived both accounting and being an extra in a Taylor Swift video.

A Louisville native now based in Dallas, Pamela is an elder millennial, wife, mom of two, dog wrangler, and professional hot-mess-express passenger who somehow still believes laughter is the best coping mechanism.

Christian Levens

Christian Levens is currently attending The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) as a Graduate Teaching Assistant to complete a Masters Degree in Jazz Performance. Though drum set is his primary instrument, he is fluent in all areas of percussion including orchestral drumming and marching band. At UTA, Levens performed with the drum line, numerous small jazz combos (including the Burkholder Combo, the premier small group at the University), as well as the top big band, the Jazz Orchestra.  This past summer, Levens participated in a 4 month jazz residency at the House of Blues and Jazz in Shanghai, China. Directly after, Levens studied a full semester abroad at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden.

Timothy "TJ" Fletcher

TJ is the kind of musician every band hopes to have and every friend is lucky to know: versatile, steady, endlessly creative, and somehow always booked without ever bragging about it. Originally from Oklahoma and now based in North Texas, TJ splits his time between performing, teaching, and shaping young musicians as an orchestra director. His musical journey has taken him from local stages to Kansas City, where he performs with Summer Breeze, and his blend of technical skill and easygoing humor makes him a favorite collaborator in any room.

A gifted musician, a trusted educator, and a joy to work with, TJ is one of the reasons this Christmas session feels like home.
